Something I have been working on recently! A digital illustration of Barcelona, inspiration taken from a photograph I took whilst there recently, always wanted to try my hand at the digital/vector illustration style of travel prints and here it is. Coming back to the canal cycle project, this time to design the website for it.
Here are some quick wireframe sketches to test different layouts of the web page, then choosing a few of the best and setting them up in a digital format, thinking I will go with either of the bottom 2 designs!

Logo outcomes! You can see how much they have developed from the hand drawn stage. The style of the GAST logo represents the fuzzy, vibrating effect that loud speakers have on you!
The next stage in my process! Development of the chosen designs, staying in the sketchbook for a bit to make sure I get the design right and then bringing it onto the computer for digital refining.
I find I always learn something new or feel as though I’m getting stronger in current skills every time I take on a new project.
A sneaky peak in my sketchbook and something i’ve been working on recently! Initial concept ideas, playing around with the style of the lettering of 2 separate logos for a bassline night event.
I’m absolutely loving how much my lettering skills are developing lately as it’s something i’ve always been interested in and wanted to try!
